Jessica Neufeld is a co-founder and healthcare technology executive with more than 18 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing data-driven products for U.S. health systems and Fortune 100 companies. She is a founding leader of egnite health, where she has served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, helping guide the company from early-stage development to national commercial scale. At egnite, Jessica has led core operating and commercial functions spanning go-to-market execution, product strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth. In her current role as Chief Commercial Officer, she is responsible for driving adoption of egnite’s AI-powered cardiovascular disease identification and management CardioCare Platform, now used by 75+ U.S. health systems, with the mission of closing the gap in undiagnosed and undertreated cardiovascular disease.

Prior to co-founding egnite, Jessica led strategy for the CardioCare program at Edwards Lifesciences, where she shaped the program’s business model, product roadmap, and analytics strategy. She partnered closely with Edwards executive leadership to direct investments that expanded patient reach while accelerating sustainable growth. 

Earlier in her career, Jessica held senior strategy roles at Samsung’s global headquarters in Seoul, advising leaders of multi-billion-dollar businesses on growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and marketing effectiveness across the U.S. and Southeast Asia. She began her career in Accenture’s global strategy practice, advising Fortune 100 executives on innovation, analytics, and large-scale transformation. Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
