Claire Davis leads our People and Culture initiatives at egnite. In this role, Claire manages all aspects of our people and culture function, driving organizational excellence across our growing team.   

Claire specializes in building strong corporate cultures and accelerating business performance in  high growth technology and clinical  organizations. Most recently, Claire led the Human Resources function at Shearwater Health. In this role, she implemented and led human resource strategies for the company’s United States business unit, with an emphasis on organizational development, culture, and total rewards.

Before joining Shearwater Health, Claire led and developed talent acquisition, performance, change management, organizational development, total rewards, and engagement strategy initiatives at Kepro and axialHealthcare in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Proficient in planning and executing human capital strategies across organizations, Claire is passionate about creating and fostering inspiring corporate cultures with a focus on employee experience and organizational effectiveness.  

Claire holds a Society of Human Resource Management certification and a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree in Psychology from Hardin Simmons University.
