Jim Gogan brings more than 30 years of Silicon Valley Software Finance experience to the egnite team. Most recently, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of TeraRecon, Inc. (acquired by the SymphonyAI Group in 2020), a medical device software leader for advanced visualization and artificial intelligence. He has held financial leadership positions at NADEX (Acquired by the IG Group) and Connectix (acquired by Microsoft). In addition, Jim has held financial management positions subsidiaries of IBM, Thomson/Reuters, Pearson PLC as well as a staff accounting role at Ernst and Young (EY).

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
