Reagan brings more than 15 years of experience leading technical services and operations teams in the healthcare industry. As the leader of Technical Operations at egnite, Reagan and his team manage technical implementation and support for all CardioCare clients, including data acquisition, infrastructure setup, integration, technical sales support, and project management. 

Before joining egnite, Reagan was the Senior Director of Implementation at Optum. In this role, he managed the Implementation team responsible for the delivery of 10 SaaS products spanning the healthcare provider, payer, and life sciences markets, generating over $200 million in annual revenue. He also managed the transition of the Technical Services team through Optum’s acquisition of The Advisory Board Company. 

At The Advisory Board Company, Reagan managed a global Technical Services team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts. He oversaw the delivery of software solutions to over 330 clients representing over 1,000 US hospitals and health systems. 

Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is passionate about using technology to address complex healthcare challenges, aiming to positively impact patient lives.
